Daily life habits are extremely hard to skip. Because when you are committed to some daily habit, you will do whatever it takes just to remove all the unnecessary excuses. And when you will continue to do this for a while you will never pay heed at excuse and automatically your motivation level will be built.
When you will continue doing the above-mentioned practice, a momentum will be made and you will stay at a distance from becoming unmotivated.
